"Custom" can sound intimidating — like it means unlimited decisions, unlimited budget, and an unlimited timeline. It doesn't. Here's exactly what happens when you book a free design consultation, so you know what you're walking into before you ever pick up the phone.

Step One: You Tell Us About Your Space

The consultation starts with you, not with a sales pitch. Your designer will ask about your backyard — its size, its layout, how you actually plan to use the space, and what's already there. Photos help, but they're not required to get started.

Step Two: We Talk Through What's Possible

This is where your designer walks you through real options based on your space and your goals — not a generic list of everything WeatherStrong makes, but what actually makes sense for you. Budget is part of this conversation from the start, not something revealed at the end as a surprise.

Step Three: You Get a Real Design, Not a Guess

From there, your designer builds an actual layout — dimensions, door style, materials, the full picture — so you can see what you're getting before committing to anything. This isn't a rough mockup; it's a real plan built around your specific backyard.

Step Four: You Decide, No Pressure

The consultation is free, and so is the design work that comes out of it. There's no obligation to move forward. If it's right for you, we'll walk you through next steps. If it's not the right time, you keep the process entirely judgment-free.
