Returns and Replacements 

WeatherStrong island orders are made to order. Standard uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days and are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return freight. 

Custom configurations are final sale. If an item is defective, WeatherStrong will cover freight and replace the item within 7 business days after photo claim approval. 

 

Order Changes and Cancellations 

Order changes are accepted within 48 hours and are subject to a $125 modification fee per change. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours qualify for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a 40% restocking fee for standard orders or a 50% fee for custom orders. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Fee-free exceptions apply only to factory delays.
